This two day training will introduce you to the choreographic possibilities from combining classical Pilates reformer exercises, with variations, and additional resistance using the Shen Tao Mini.
These variations retain the integrity of Joseph Pilates original exercises, while providing additional coordination and strength challenges for complementary areas of the body.
In addition to these exercises, we will also share with you the kinesiological principles which helped us develop these variations.
Class size is limited to 18 participants.
Previous experience with Pilates Reformer equipment is helpful, but not required.
Pilates Reformer/MINI is one of the required courses necessary for full Shen Tao/Pilates Certification.
