THE SHEN TAO APPROACH
The She Tao Approach is an explicit description of what natural athletes, dancers, etc do with their minds while they are in motion.
This “map” describes how we can most effectively create images in our mind’s eye, utilize our internal dialogue, and feel our bodies, in order to change ourselves.
Whether you are recovering from injury, or developing your athletic/artistic potential, the effective use of your mind will determine how fast you progress.
The Shen Tao Approach brings together practices, and principles from disciplines such as Neuro-Linguistic-Programming, Sports Psychology, Self Hypnosis, Vipassana Meditation, etc. to give you the tools to most effectively manage your mind, as you move.
This is an approach for how to get the most out of yourself, whether you are practicing Dance, Marshal Arts, Yoga, Pilates, Athletics, or any other Movement Art.
