My mission in designing, and manufacturing Shen Tao equipment, and establishing Shen Tao LLC was to have a platform from which to share the ideas, principals, practices, etc. which have made such a difference in my life.

To share this information, I have divided this body of work into four categories, totaling thirty-two different workshops, and nine certification programs.

Pure Technique workshops cover the technical exercise vocabulary, which can be performed using different Shen Tao apparatuses.

Assisted Tractioning workshops provide the necessary training to offer Assisted Tractioning to others.

Self-Application workshops offer the opportunity to experientially deepen one’s wisdom of how to apply the Shen Tao Approach to one’s own body.

Interdisciplinary-Application workshops provide instruction in how to apply Assisted Tractioning to practitioners of complimentary movement disciplines.
