Massage Roller
The Oak Massage Roller is designed for use in a manner similar to that of traditional five-inch foam roller, only deeper! The solid oak cylinder has a diameter of 3”, and rotates smoothly on two, ½” ID flanged bearings. The underside of the base is covered with a sheet of non-slip rubber. All edges of the roller are rounded with a 3/8” round over, sanded to 600 grit, and finished with2 coats offhand-rubbed oil. It measures 24“ x 7” x 5, Weight: 6 lb.
Massage Balls
These Massage Balls are designed to bracket the spine and apply targeted pressure to the connective tissue on either side. They are turned on a lathe and made from maple wood. The smaller sphere measures 3”in diameter, while the larger sphere has a diameter of 5”.The two spheres are secured together using an oak dowel and wood glue. Both sizes are sanded to 220 grit and finished with a spray-on polyurethane.
bungeE straps
These elastic straps provide a portable alternative to our Cable Systems, allowing you take your training regime into nature, and beyond. They are made from 3/8” bungee cords and include the necessary hardware for quick attachment to any tree branch or similar contact point. Each set comes with a pair of double-loop, clip-on nylon straps, enabling users to set up or takedown the system in seconds. To adjust
the resistance, users can simply move closer to, or further away from the attachment point of the bungee strap.

These straps are fabricated from 1” tubular webbing used for high-tech, rock-climbing harness. They offer a soft texture and are slightly elastic when under load. Each pair of straps includes two loops, one to go over the ankle and the other to secure around the sole of the foot. The straps are easily attached to any cable system using a quick release stainless steel thumb clip. They are available in a wide variety of colors.
handles
These handles serve as an accessory to both Shen Tao Benches, and Stools. The handle section is fabricated from a solid bar of 1 1/8, 6061 aluminum. A threaded, 3/8-inch steel shaft is press-fitted into the handle which is covered with a 1/8-inch rubber sleeve. Once threaded into place the Handles are stable and secure with no movement, or jiggle.
T Bar
The T-bar supports the practitioners’ knees, allowing for the performance of circular leg patterns, while keeping the knee stable and applying pressure to the nerves on the back of the knee. This accessory fits securely into a tongue-and-groove slot on both the Basic, and Height Adjustable Benches. The Baris constructed from welded steel tubing and features padding made from one-inch ID neoprene sleeves.
Its dimensions are: 21” x 18” x 1.5”. The T Bar height can be adjusted between 16”, and 21”.
back rest
The Back Rest fits securely into a tongue-and-groove fixture built into the full line of Shen Tao Stools, and Benches. The Back Rest issued in collaboration with the Cable Systems and is used to either stabilize the upper thoracic spine, or rest firmly against the breastbone. It is height adjustable with 8” of travel. The Back Rest is padded with ¾” closed-cell neoprene and upholstered with a black faux-leather fabric.
